Manage cleaning tasks and track progress, including minibar inventory and assigned tasks, for more efficient property management.
Manage Cleaning
View Cleaning Progress
Access the list of ongoing cleaning tasks for cleaners/housekeepers.
You can view cleaner progress for each listing.
Locate the listing name, confirmation time, and assigned cleaning staff. Use the search bar to find specific tasks.
View Progress Details
Click the View Progress button for a listing.
Review the cleaner's name, time of scan, task breakdown by room, and task statuses.
To contact the cleaner, click the Contact button.
Cleaning Progress Information
Review each task's status: "OK" (complete), "Problem" (issue encountered; view images by clicking the Image button), or "In Progress" (cleaning underway).
View Minibar Inventory
Navigate to the Minibar tab and see inventory counts.
The "Before" column shows predefined stock levels. Enter the restocked quantity in the Added column. The Current column shows the total after restocking.
View Assigned Tasks
Access the Tasks tab to view assigned tasks for the listing.
Click on a task card to view details, including progress, images, status, priority, and timeline.
