Integrate Beds24 with ELEV8 to enable seamless data transfer.
Integrating Beds24 with ELEV8
Log in to your Elev8 account.
Initiate Integration in ELEV8
Begin by navigating to the integration setup in ELEV8. This will create a connection between your ELEV8 and Beds24 accounts.
Choose Beds24.
Click the link provided.
Generate an Invite Code in Beds24
Navigate to the API & Integrations section.
Click Generate invite code.
Select all permissions. You can select individual permissions for READ, WRITE, and DELETE, or select ALL.
Click Generate invite code again.
Copy the generated code. You will need this code to complete the integration process.
Finalize Integration in ELEV8
Return to the ELEV8 tab.
Paste the invite code into the Invite Code textbox in the modal.
Click Connect.
Set Up Webhooks In Beds24
Webhooks in Beds24 allow ELEV8 to automatically send updates about bookings and other events. This ensures your data stays synchronized across both platforms.
Obtain your Listener URL, which should be emailed to you from support.
Log in to your Beds24 account.
Go to Settings > Properties > Access.
Under Booking Webhooks, paste the Listener URL into the URL field.
For Webhook Version, choose 2 - with personal data.
You may check Synchronise if needed. This will synchronize data between the two platforms.
Click Save.
If you have multiple properties in Beds24, repeat these steps for each one.
Troubleshooting
If you have any problems, double-check the invite code for errors. Also, verify your internet connection and ensure you've selected the correct permissions in Beds24.
