Overview
Modify reservation check-in and check-out times to adjust guest stay durations. This action also updates the corresponding access code validity.
Locate and Select Reservation
View All Reservations
Navigate to the Reservations section to view a list of all current and upcoming bookings.
Open Reservation Details
Click the guest's name to open the reservation's full details and prepare for modification.
Adjust Reservation Times
Begin Time Modification
Click the "Modify" button to access the interface for changing reservation stay times.
Set New Check-in Time
Use the time adjustment controls to set the desired check-in time. This allows you to establish an earlier or later check-in for the guest. For example, decrease the check-in time by one hour to change it from 1 PM to 12 PM.

Use the time adjustment controls to set the desired check-out time. This allows you to establish an earlier or later check-out for the guest.
Review Proposed Time Changes
Click "Review Change" to see a summary of your intended modifications before saving.
Confirm Changes and Verify Access Code
Apply Reservation Time Updates
Confirm the changes to apply the updated check-in and check-out times to the reservation. This action automatically adjusts the associated access code validity.
