Overview
Reset your ELEV8 password using the Forgot Password feature.
Request a Password Reset
Begin by navigating to the ELEV8 login screen.
Click the Forgot password? link.
On the Forgot Password screen, enter your email address in the Email Address textbox.
After entering your email, click the Submit button.
If ELEV8 finds your email, you will be redirected to the Put your email code page. If your email is not found, an error message will appear stating: "Sorry, there is no account associated with this email."
Create a New Password
After submitting your email address, you will be prompted to create a new password.
Click the Back button to return to the previous screen.
Enter a new, secure password in the New Password field.
Confirm your new password by entering it again in the Repeat New Password field.
Click Submit.
If the password reset is successful, you will be redirected to the Login Page.
Troubleshooting
Email Not Found
If the email you entered is not associated with an ELEV8 account, you will see an error message.
Correct your email address in the Email Address textbox and resubmit the form by clicking the Submit button.
