Schedule ELEV8 AI to automate guest communications and free up your time.
Setting a Weekly Schedule
To set a recurring weekly schedule, click the calendar icon next to a listing on the Properties page, then click Add.
Select the reservation stages for ELEV8 AI to respond to. Choose the days of the week and set the start and end times for ELEV8 AI to be active.
Click Apply.
24/7 Coverage
To set up 24/7 coverage, select "Weekly Schedule," choose all days of the week, and set the time from 12:00 am to 11:59 pm.
Note: ELEV8 AI only communicates during scheduled times. Action items and notifications are still received when ELEV8 AI is offline. Your messaging inbox and Smart Templates/Upsells remain accessible offline.
Creating One-Off Shifts
Create custom shifts outside your weekly schedule. Navigate to the Month view in the calendar and click Add.
Select the reservation phases. Choose the status (On to activate ELEV8 AI, or Off to deactivate it) and set the start and end dates and times. Click Apply.
One-off shifts override the weekly schedule. The start time corresponds to the start date, and the end time corresponds to the end date.
Copying Schedules
Copy existing schedules to other properties by clicking Copy to Other Properties at the bottom of each Schedule. Select the desired properties or Select All.
Setting Time Zones
Choose between the property's time zone or your Account Settings time zone. Actual operating times align with your account setting's location. Relative time adjusts according to the property’s location.
Manually Overriding ELEV8 AI
Stopping for a Specific Property
Click the Stop button next to the property name on the properties page.
Stopping for All Properties
Click Stop All on the properties page.
