Overview
Create upsells to boost sales by offering additional services or products.
Creating a SPA Upsell
From the list of existing upsells, click Create Upsell.
Click SPA to begin.
Enter the upsell's name.
You may also add a description, YouTube links, internal staff notes, and an icon.
Setting Up Notifications
Click Add User to select users to receive WhatsApp notifications.
This ensures relevant staff are informed of new upsell purchases.
Taxes and Service Charges
Configure the applicable taxes and service charges.
Click Next.
Creating the SPA Menu
Click the + button to add a new menu item.
Enter the menu item title, price, description (optional), duration, and an image (optional).
Click Add.
You can set a maximum tariff (optional). Click Next.
Adding Extras (Optional)
Click Extras, then enter the extra's title, price, description (optional), and image (optional).
Click Add.
Completing Upsell Creation
Click Create Upsell to finalize and save your new upsell.
The new upsell is added to the list.
