Overview
Offer families baby equipment to enhance their experience and drive upsells with additional products, services, or upgrades.
Creating an Upsell
Click the Create Upsell button to begin creating an upsell.
This opens a form to configure the upsell.
Upsell Details
Enter a name for the upsell (e.g., "Baby Equipment").
You may also add a description, YouTube link, and internal notes, as well as upload an icon.
You can add users to receive WhatsApp notifications about this upsell.
To do so, click Add User. In the modal that appears, select the users and click Add User.
Click Next.
Upsell Items
Click + Menu to add items.
This will open a modal.
Enter the item title (e.g., "Baby Cot"), price, maximum order quantity, description (optional), and upload an image (optional).
Click Add to save the item.
Click Next.
Upsell Extras
Click + Extras to add extras.
This will open a modal.
Enter the extra title, price, maximum order quantity, description (optional), and image (optional).
Click Add to save the extra.
Click Create Upsell to finalize the upsell.
The upsells list will then appear, displaying your newly created upsell.
