Manage Users

Overview

Manage users, including viewing their information, editing their details, assigning listings, and adding or removing users.

Manage Users

To view user information, locate the user in the user list table.

The user list displays each user's name, assigned role, phone number, and action buttons. You can also use the WhatsApp messaging button by clicking on the icon. The user list includes pagination controls and a search bar.

Listing Assignments

View the listings assigned to a user.

To assign listings to a user, click Assign Listing.

Select one or more listings within the modal that opens.

Click Assign to confirm.

Add a User

Click the Add User button in the top right corner.

Enter the user's name, WhatsApp number, email address, and a password.

You can also upload a profile picture.

Select a company from the following options: Internal (Our Company), Tenant Company, External (External Company).

Assign roles by selecting one or more of the available roles: Listing Manager, Engineering, Electrician, Housekeeping, Gardener, Pool.

You can select multiple roles.

Click Add User to confirm.

Edit a User

Click the Edit button (on the right side of the user list table) to edit user information.

Update the user information in the modal and click Update User to confirm.

Delete a User

Click the Trash/Delete button (on the right side of the user list table).

A confirmation pop-up appears.

Click Delete to confirm the deletion.
