Create cleaning guidance for your staff using ELEV8 to improve consistency and efficiency.
Accessing Cleaning Guidance
Navigate to the Cleaning page using the sidebar.
Managing Cleaning Guidance
Adding New Guidance
Click the + Add Guidance button.
This opens a modal where you can add new cleaning guidance. Enter a title for the guidance in the Guidance Title field.
Upload a thumbnail image by clicking Choose file to upload and selecting an image from your files.
A spinner will appear while the image uploads. You may also add a YouTube link to a related video in the Youtube Links field. Write cleaning instructions for your staff in the Instruction field. Click Discard to discard changes or Save Guidance to save.
Viewing Cleaning Guidance
After saving, you will see a list of guidance items, including the newly created one.
Click the View button on an item to see the full guidance details.
The guidance details page includes a large image at the top, instructions text, and an Edit button.
Editing/Deleting Cleaning Guidance
On the list of cleaning guidance items, click the More Options button on a guidance item to open a context menu.
Select Edit to modify the guidance or Delete to remove it.
