Overview
View and manage your finished cleaning tasks in ELEV8 to track progress and refill information.
Viewing Finished Tasks
Access your finished cleaning tasks by navigating to the Cleaning section in the main menu and selecting the appropriate tab or section for finished tasks, such as Manage Finished.
The main view displays a list of finished cleaning tasks, including details such as listing name, confirmation date and time, assigned cleaning staff, and a View Progress button. You can use the search bar to filter the listed tasks.
Viewing Progress
To see details of completed cleaning, click the View Progress button.
Cleaning Details shows a task breakdown by room, like Bedroom or Bathroom, and the cleaning list status, either OK or Problem. If there's a reported problem, view related images. Also, see the cleaning staff's name. Check the before and after quantities of minibar items and view related images with the buttons. Click the Contact button if you need support.
Viewing Task Details
To view details of a specific task, click the View Progress button next to the respective listing.
Progress Details
The details panel provides a summary of the task, including the cleaning status (success), progress (completed), cleaner information, confirmation time, and the time taken for completion.
