Integrate ELEV8 AI to streamline property management and automate data entry.
Setting Up Integration
Go to Settings and select ELEV8 AI in the Property Integration section.
Select the information sources to use (e.g., data, conversation history).
Completing Property Details
Click Auto-Fill Property Details.
Choose the desired data sources and click Start Auto-fill to pull data from your PNI and conversation history (up to 6 months).
Auto-filling saves you time and effort by pre-populating information. This also helps train ELEV8 AI.
You can upload documents to provide supporting information for property details.
Review the pre-filled information.
Use the pen icon to specify booking state visibility (current, future, inquiries, past reservations). Complete fields such as Where is trash placed?, WIFI Network, and WIFI Password. Include specific instructions, for example, “Point the remote directly to the AC.” Click Save & Next.
Managing SOPs and Documents
Enter your standard operating procedures (SOPs) in the provided Form Sections.
Review the entered details.
You can upload existing SOPs (PDF, documents, etc.).
The system will extract information from these files.
