Overview

Communicate with guests and configure the ELEV8 AI chat for guest interactions.

Communicating with Guests

Click the Chat with us icon to start a conversation with a guest.

This opens a chat window where you can send and receive messages and view all communication through the LTI.

Enter your message in the input field and click Send Message.

You may enable or disable notifications using the toggle switch.

All reservation information is pulled from the PMS system and displays in ELEV8 within seconds of a change.

Guest Sentiment Tracking

ELEV8 AI help track guest sentiment. This feature provides a quick way to understand how guests feel about their interactions and stay.

  • Positive: These guests are happy and satisfied.

  • Neutral: These guests are neither highly satisfied nor dissatisfied.

  • Negative: These guests are unhappy and may need attention.

The sentiment percentages are displayed on the dashboard. You can use these insights to improve guest experiences by understanding their concerns and addressing any issues promptly.
