Connect your Listing to ELEV8 AI and add property details to provide comprehensive information to your guests.

Connecting Your Listing

Start by integrating your Listing with ELEV8. This connection automatically imports essential data, saving you time and effort.

ELEV8 imports listing descriptions, property information, guest reservation data, calendar availability, nightly rates, and up to six months of recent conversations.

Enhancing Your Knowledge Base

You can enhance the imported data by uploading relevant property documents, such as welcome guides and standard operating procedures, and by adding information using manual fields for Basics, Listing Details, and Amenities. These documents help guests prepare for their stay and understand property-specific rules. Providing complete information ensures ELEV8 offers accurate details.

Managing Resources

The Resources page allows you to manage property information and connected data sources.

The property name is automatically generated after PMS integration, but you can edit it if needed. Upload a thumbnail image to visually represent your property. You can also upload additional property-related documents.

Manage your connected resources and knowledge base by selecting the data sources for ELEV8 AI to use (PMS, Documents, Property Profile). Filtering past conversation data by reservation stage (Current, Future, Inquiry/Past) helps you prioritize guest communications and quickly find relevant information.

Adding Manual Data

The manual data pages let you refine and expand upon the information in your knowledge base.

On the Basics page, enter property details such as property type, address, and unit number. Accurate location data helps calibrate time zones for precise communication with guests. Controlling the visibility of this data by reservation stage lets you share information relevant to the guest’s booking status.

Use the Listing Details page to provide comprehensive property information, policies, and rules. Include details like cancellation policies, booking requirements, check-in/check-out times and procedures, and access and parking instructions. The auto-fill feature helps populate this information. Controlling data visibility by reservation stage ensures guests receive appropriate information based on their booking status.

The Amenities page lists all amenities offered at the property. Add details and troubleshooting instructions for each amenity to proactively address guest questions. You can include URLs to troubleshooting videos or shared images for added clarity. Controlling data visibility by reservation stage allows you to share relevant amenity details depending on the guest’s booking status.
