Create Periodic Tasks

Overview

Manage periodic tasks to automate your workflow.

View Task Information

Periodic tasks are automatically created at scheduled times.

The task list displays information about each task, including task name, assigned role, listing, priority, status (On/Off), and scheduled time.

Change Task Status

Click on the status indicator next to the task to change its status.

A modal appears.

Use the toggle to enable or disable the task. Click Update to save your changes. Click Cancel to discard changes.

Create a Periodic Task

Click the Create Task button to create a new periodic task.

A modal will appear.

Fill out the form in the modal.

Select the Listing, Assign to, Instruction, Priority, recurrence frequency (days, weeks, months - using the Create task every dropdown), and interval (every X days/weeks/months - using the Every dropdown). Also, specify the time for task creation using the Time to Create field.

Click in the Time to create field.

Select a time in the time picker that appears. Click Confirm. Click Create Task to create the task and update the list. Click Cancel to discard changes.

The newly created task will appear in the task list.
