Overview
Create upsells to offer motorbike rentals or other add-ons to your guests, boosting your revenue and enhancing their experience.
Creating an Upsell
Click the Create Upsell button.
Select the desired upsell type (e.g., Motorbike).
Enter the upsell name (e.g., Motorbike Rental).
Write a description, using variables if desired: * {{guest_first_name}}: Inserts the guest's first name. * {{guest_last_name}}: Inserts the guest's last name. * {{listing_name}}: Inserts the listing name.
You may add a YouTube link.
You may also add internal notes for your staff.
Select an icon for the upsell.
Adding WhatsApp Notification Users
Click the Add User button.
You will now see fields for adding tax and service percentages, in addition to users for WhatsApp notifications.
Select the checkboxes next to the users you wish to be notified via WhatsApp, and click the Add User button.
You can view the selected users in a section of the upsell creation form.
Enter the tax and service percentages.
Click Next.
Adding Motorbike Details
If you selected "Motorbike" as the upsell type, click Add to add motorbike details.
In the Add Motorbike modal, enter the motorbike type, the maximum order quantity, and the price per day.
You may also add a description and upload an image for the motorbike.
To add more motorbikes, click Add again and repeat this process.
Click Add to confirm.
The new motorbike appears in the list.
Click Next.
Setting Upsell Policies (Optional)
You may customize policies for the upsell.
The "Policies" tab includes sub-sections for the upsell details, bike details, and the policies you can define.
Click Create Upsell.
