Create Task

Overview

Manage all your task information for each listing, including current and completed tasks.

Viewing Tasks

You can view all task information for each listing in the Task List.

The Task List shows current and completed tasks with details such as assigned role, listing, priority, scheduled time, and progress. You can view the progress of a task by clicking the View Progress action button in the task row. This opens a modal with the task details, including progress updates.

Creating a Task

To create a task, click the Create Task button.

This opens the "Create New Task" modal. Click Cancel to close the modal without creating a task.

Select the listing for the task from the Listing dropdown menu.

Assign the task to a role using the Assign task to dropdown.

Available roles include Listing Manager, Engineering, Electrician, Housekeeping, Gardener, and Pool.

Provide task instructions in the Instruction textbox (e.g., "clean the kitchen").

Select the task priority using the Priority dropdown.

Choose from high, medium, or low priority.

You can also add an image using the Upload image button.

Click Create Task to add the new task to the current tasks list.
