View Reservations

Overview

View and manage guest reservations, including filtering by status, viewing details, handling transactions, and communicating directly with guests.

Viewing Reservations

View your current reservations in the Ongoing tab.

The reservations table displays key information such as guest name, booking date, location, status, Stripe payment information, total orders, and a chat option. A sidebar provides navigation to other areas of the app. You can also use the search bar to quickly find specific reservations.

Filtering Reservations

Switch between reservation statuses by clicking the Ongoing, Previous, or Cancelled tabs to quickly access the reservations you need.

If there are no reservations for a selected tab, a "No data" message will appear.

Return to the default view of ongoing reservations by clicking the Ongoing tab.

Viewing Reservation Details

To view details about a reservation, click the three-dots menu next to the reservation row or on the listing name.

Then, select the details option to view expanded information about the guest, reservation details, verification documents, the guest guide link, invoicing, the communication log, and verification details.

An overlay will appear with the expanded information.

Use the scrollbar to view all the details.

You can click the View Guest Guide button to open the guest guide in a separate window. You can also copy the guest card link. You can view verification documents and download the invoice.

Updating Status

To update a reservation's status, click on the corresponding row in the reservations list.

This opens a modal where you can change the status.

In the modal, select Check In, Check Out, or Cancelled and click Update to save your changes.

Light red indicates a listing is not activated, and clear red indicates that it is activated. Statuses include Verified, Guest Checked In, Guest Checked Out, and Cancelled. You can change the verification status by clicking on it.

In normal cases, you don't need to take any action, as all changes from the PMS or the Guest Guide are automatically reflected here. When a guest checks in, the reservation status updates automatically. The same applies to canceled reservations.
