Overview
Manage Stripe payments for your ELEV8 account to easily collect and track payments from your guests.
Connecting your Stripe Account
If your Stripe account is not already connected, navigate to Settings in the sidebar.
Then, click Payouts.
Connect your Stripe account by following the on-screen instructions.
Creating a Payment
Click + Create Payment.
In the modal, enter the guest's name, select the associated listing, add a payment title, enter the payment amount, and select the currency.
You may set a card fee and add an internal note for your staff.
Click Create.
Managing Payments
Copy the payment link to send to your guest by clicking the copy icon next to the payment.
Red circles indicate unpaid payments.
Click Paid to view paid payments.
If there are no paid payments, a "No paid payments yet" message will appear.
Click Deleted to view deleted payments.
If there are no deleted payments, a "No deleted payments yet" message will appear.
