Learn to use ELEV8 AI to automate tasks and access property information quickly. This introduction to ELEV8 AI will guide you through testing and using its features, including sending messages and filtering by reservation stage.
Setting Up and Testing ELEV8 AI
Locate the Test Elev8 AI button.
Accessing ELEV8 AI
Click the Test Elev8 AI button to open the AI assistant modal.
Interacting with the AI
Type your message into the text box within the modal.
For example, you could ask “What’s the wifi password?”
Click Send.
Using ELEV8 AI with Reservation Stages
Use ELEV8 AI with different reservation stages to filter messages and information. The available stages are current, inquiry, future, and past.
Setting Reservation Stages
Click the tab for the reservation stage you want to use.
For example, click the Inquiry tab to access inquiries.
Sending Messages
After selecting the reservation stage, type your message in the text box. Click Send.
