Overview
Manage upsells to offer customers additional products or services, boosting sales and enhancing their experience.
Creating an Upsell
Click the Create Upsell button and click Misc.
Choosing an Upsell Type
Choose between an Internal or External upsell.
Internal upsells are handled within ELEV8.
Enter the upsell name (e.g., "Laundry"). Then, enter a description, price, display unit (e.g., "Item"), and unit price (Flat Fee, Per Night, Per Person, Per Person Per Night, Per Pet, Per Pet Per Night). You may also include a YouTube link, internal notes, icon, notification user, and tax and service fee information.
External upsells redirect to an external website.
Enter the external URL.
Completing Upsell Creation
Click Create Upsell to add it to your list.
