Managing Your Smart Lock
If your device is connected, you can lock and unlock your door through the app.
To change the lock's status, find your lock in the app. It displays the lock's status, battery level, and access codes. The lock/unlock buttons are next to the device ID.
Click on the Unlock button to unlock your smart lock. Click the same button again to lock the device.
Unlocking Your Smart Lock
Locate the smart lock you want to manage.
It will show its current status (locked or unlocked).
Click the Unlock button.
A spinner will briefly appear next to the button while the lock unlocks.
A success message indicates the device has been unlocked.
The lock status will change to "Unlocked."
Locking Your Smart Lock
Find your connected smart lock.
It will display as "Locked."
Click the Lock button, which is the same button used for unlocking.
The lock status will change to "Locked."
