Cleaning Checklist

Overview

Manage cleaning tasks for your listings, including setting up checklists, managing minibar items, and sharing checklists with a QR code.

Set Up a Cleaning Checklist

First, check the cleaning status button.

A green button indicates a checklist is set. A red button means a checklist is not set. Click the Cleaning button for a listing to begin setting up a checklist.

Create a Cleaning Group

Click the + Cleaning Group button.

Enter a name (e.g., "Kitchen") and click Confirm.

Add Cleaning Instructions

Click the Add Instruction button.

Enter the instruction (e.g., "Clean the floor"). You can also add guidance using the checkbox and text box provided, then click Add.

The new instruction will appear in the list.

Add Minibar Items

Select the Minibar checkbox and click the Add button.

In the modal, enter the item name (e.g. Cola) and quantity (e.g. 6), then click Confirm.

The items and quantities you entered now appear in the Minibar section.

Set Minibar Photo Options

You can optionally take pictures before and/or after refilling the minibar.

Select the appropriate checkboxes.

Import a Checklist

To quickly set up a checklist, you can import one from an existing listing.

Click Import, select the listing (e.g., "1811 Adams - 2"), and confirm your choice.

View Cleaning Tasks

Select a property to view its cleaning tasks, organized by room (Bedroom, Bathroom, Minibar).

Share the Checklist

Use the QR Code

To share the checklist with staff, click the View QR button.

You can generate a new code using the Generate New Code button or download the current code using the Download button. Click Close to exit.
