Manage your hospitality operations by monitoring key metrics, analyzing listing occupancy, and addressing tasks and alerts. You can also view booking usage and initiate new bookings to maintain optimal performance.

Dashboard Overview

View Key Metrics

Gain immediate insight into your hospitality performance by reviewing the dashboard. This provides a snapshot of essential metrics, including total listings, bookings, active bookings, and upsell orders. The dashboard also summarizes listing occupancy, tasks, and guest satisfaction alerts, giving you a comprehensive view of your operations.

Analyze Listing Occupancy

Understand your property's occupancy performance with the listing occupancy chart. This chart helps you identify occupancy trends over a selected period, categorized by high, medium, and low rates. Hover over the chart to see specific occupancy details for individual listings, enabling you to pinpoint properties that perform well or require attention.

Task and Alert Review

Review High Priority Tasks

Address urgent operational needs by reviewing high-priority tasks. This ensures critical issues receive immediate attention and resolution. Navigate to the Tasks section on the dashboard to view a list of all pending tasks, with high-priority items clearly marked for immediate action.

Check Guest Satisfaction Alerts

Respond promptly to guest feedback by checking guest satisfaction alerts. This allows you to address negative experiences and improve guest relations. Locate the Guest Satisfaction Alert section on the dashboard to view guests who have reported negative satisfaction. Use the pagination controls to review all alerts.

Examine All Tasks

Maintain smooth operations by examining all outstanding tasks. This helps you manage your workload and ensure all operational duties are completed. Access the Tasks section on the dashboard to see a comprehensive list of all tasks, including those with medium and high priority, enabling effective resource planning and assignment.

Operational Status

View Booking Usage

Monitor your booking resource consumption with the booking usage summary. This helps you track utilized bookings against your current package allowance. Check the sidebar to see your total bookings used and the percentage of remaining bookings.

Initiate Booking Purchase

Replenish your booking capacity when your current allocation is low. This ensures you can continue to process new reservations without interruption. When you observe that remaining bookings are low, select the "Buy More Bookings" button to purchase additional booking credits.
