The Revenue tab provides a comprehensive view of your financial performance, including total revenue, reservation details, and average daily rates for selected periods. Use this section to analyze revenue trends and access detailed property information for strategic financial planning.
Revenue Dashboard
Assess Current Revenue Performance
Navigate to the Revenue tab within the Analytics section to quickly assess your current revenue performance. This section displays key metrics such as total revenue, reservation volume, and Average Daily Rate (ADR) for the selected period. Observe the growth percentage compared to a previous period to understand performance changes.
Analyze Revenue Trends Over Time
To understand revenue performance across years and forecast future trends, review the Revenue Year Over Year chart on the Revenue tab. This chart visualizes revenue performance across different years and includes expected revenue projections, enabling you to identify patterns and make informed decisions.
Identify Top Revenue-Generating Channels
To determine which channels contribute most to your total revenue, scroll down on the Revenue tab to the Revenue by Channel section. This section breaks down your total revenue by each channel, helping you understand the performance of different booking sources and allocate resources effectively.
Locate Channel Breakdown
Scroll down to find the 'Revenue by Channel' section. This section is often below the initial view and provides crucial insights into your booking source performance.
Property Revenue Breakdown
View Revenue by Each Property
To view a consolidated list of revenue generated by each property, select Analytics from the left-hand navigation menu and then navigate to the Revenue by Property page. This page displays a table detailing each property, its city, and the revenue it generated for the selected period.
Examine Individual Property Revenue
To review the revenue contribution of each individual property, examine the table on the Revenue by Property page. This table lists each property with its corresponding city and specific revenue figure, allowing for a quick overview of individual property performance.
Export Property Revenue Data for Analysis
To save property revenue data for external analysis or record-keeping, select the Export button located above the Revenue by Property table. This action downloads the displayed property revenue data for use in other applications or for sharing.
