Overview
Configure upsell details, pricing, and conditions to control how and when offers are presented to customers. You can update an upsell's name, description, and pricing, set triggers for its display, and add notification recipients.
Upsell Listing
View All Upsells
Access the upsell management page to review all available upsell offers and their current configurations. This provides a comprehensive list of your upsells, including internal notes and assigned listings, allowing you to understand each upsell's details and associated listings.
Select an Upsell to Edit
Locate the desired upsell within the list to modify its details or settings. Select the 'Edit' action for that upsell to open its configuration page and make changes to its properties.
Upsell Details
Update Upsell Name
Modify the text in the 'Name' field to set a clear, public-facing title for the upsell offer.
Update Upsell Description
Edit the content within the 'Description' field to provide guests with comprehensive information about what the upsell includes and its benefits.
Update Upsell Pricing
Modify the values in the 'Currency' and 'Unit Price' fields to set the new price guests will pay for the upsell.
Update Upsell Notes
Enter or revise text in the 'Internal Notes' field to record private remarks for your team's reference.
Upsell Conditions
Add a Show Upsell Trigger
Select 'Add trigger' in the 'Show Upsell' section to define conditions that make the upsell offer visible to guests. This configures rules that automatically display the upsell when specific criteria are met.
Add a Hide Upsell Trigger
Select 'Add trigger' in the 'Hide Upsell' section to define conditions that make the upsell offer no longer visible to guests. This sets rules that automatically conceal the upsell when specific criteria are met, preventing irrelevant offers from appearing.
Set a Hide Trigger Condition
Use the dropdown menus within the 'Add Hide Trigger' configuration to specify the exact criteria that will cause an upsell to be hidden. Select the condition type and its parameters, then confirm the addition.
Save Changes
Save Upsell Updates
Select the 'Update Upsell' button to apply all changes made to the upsell's details and conditions. This ensures all modifications are saved and become active.
Add Notification Recipient
Add desired recipients in the 'Add Users to Receive WhatsApp Notification' section to ensure relevant team members are informed when an upsell is purchased. This designates users who will receive WhatsApp notifications upon an upsell purchase.
Get Purchase Notifications
Add notification recipients to receive alerts when an upsell is purchased.
