Listing Calendar View
Access Listing Calendar
Open the Elev8 Cockpit to access the listing calendar. This interface displays all your rental listings with their daily rates and availability, allowing you to manage your schedule.
Inspect Daily Pricing
Examine the calendar grid in the Elev8 Cockpit to set or verify the daily pricing for each listing. This ensures your rates are accurate and competitive.
Identify Listing Status
Observe the status indicators next to each listing ID and highlighted entries on the calendar to understand listing availability. This allows for quick identification of bookings, vacancies, or listings requiring attention, such as 'Need Cleaning'.
Booking and Task Details
View Booking Details
Locate a booking entry on the calendar to view its details. This provides guest information and check-in times, enabling you to prepare for upcoming reservations.
Check Listing Tasks
Open the tasks panel to view all tasks associated with a listing. This panel organizes tasks by status, such as 'All' or 'Not Started,' so you can manage all necessary actions efficiently.
Review Task Progress
Review the task list in the tasks panel to monitor task progress. The list displays each task's priority, current status, and progress bar, allowing you to ensure all actions are completed on time.
