Seam Integration
Acknowledge Seam Privacy Policy
To establish a secure connection between Elev8 and your smart devices, acknowledge Seam's Privacy Policy. This action ensures an end-to-end encrypted connection, protecting your credentials. Select "Continue" to proceed with the secure connection.
Initiate Smart Lock Setup
Add a new smart lock by providing a unique name and PIN code. Assign the lock to a specific location for organization. Generate access codes for reservations, housekeeping, or upsells by selecting the relevant options, then add the lock to complete the setup.
Smart Lock Configuration
Enable Elev8 AI for Smart Lock
Activate intelligent automation for your smart lock by turning on the 'Enable Elev8 AI' toggle. This allows Elev8 AI to manage and optimize your lock's operations for the selected listing.
Test Elev8 AI Connection
Verify Elev8 AI is connected and communicating with your smart lock by selecting 'Test Elev8 AI'. This confirms the system's operational status for the listing.
Schedule Elev8 AI for Smart Lock
Automate specific smart lock actions based on your operational needs by selecting 'Schedule Elev8 AI'. Set up recurring or event-triggered tasks for your smart lock.
Cleaning Service Setup
Select Flexible Cleaning Option
Manage cleaning operations using a combination of your internal team and external services by selecting the 'Flexible / Hybrid' cleaning method. This activates flexible cleaning for your listing, syncing your team with ExtraSauber for seamless management.
Assign Cleaning Team
Delegate cleaning tasks to specific personnel by opening an 'Unassigned' task within the housekeeping schedule. Search for and select an available housekeeper from the dropdown menu to assign them to the task.

Add Cleaning Notes
