Listing Details Management

Manage specific house rules, guest information, and settings for each property. Copy configurations across properties to maintain consistency.

Enable the 'House Rules' option to make your specified rules visible to guests.

Add new 'Good to Know' information to define specific policies such as 'No Smoking' or 'No Pets' for guests.

Select a verification option to control how guests are verified. Choose to verify each person, verify the entire group, or select no verification.

After selecting verification options or toggling requirements, click 'Save Changes' to apply them.

Enable the 'Require guests to submit a residential address' option to prompt guests for their address during the booking process.

Enable the 'Ask guests for preferred bed configuration' option to allow guests to specify their desired bed setup.

Add parking information, including garage names, addresses, and proximity, in the 'Good to Know' section to inform guests about available parking.

Review the listed check-in and check-out steps to confirm the instructions and images provided to guests for a smooth arrival and departure.

Enter your company name, managing director, and address in 'Invoice Settings' to personalize invoices with your business details.

Add text to the header and footer fields in 'Invoice Settings' to display important information or greetings on every invoice.

Access the property list to check the status, AI activity, check-in/out steps, assigned users, upsell status, and cleaning status for each property.

Confirm 'Listing Details' in the 'Select Information to Copy' modal to duplicate address and location information for transfer to another listing.
