Payment Listings
View Unpaid Payments
To track outstanding payments, access the list of unpaid Stripe payments. Identify guests, payment details, creation dates, and the total amount due for each case. Review the payment information presented in columns.
View Deleted Payments
To review payments that were removed, select the 'Deleted' tab. This action displays a list of deleted Stripe payments, including guest name, payment description, creation date, reason for removal, and amount, to understand past payment actions.
Search Payments
To locate a specific payment, use the search bar. This filters the payment list by guest name or listing details, enabling you to find the exact record.
Create Payment Link
To generate a new payment request, click '+ Create Payment Link'. This opens a form to enter the necessary information for a unique payment link, which you then send to the guest for payment.
