Overview
Filter your orders to quickly find specific transactions. Apply conditions for listings, dates, and upsells to narrow down the order list. Then, select and expand individual orders to view their complete details.
Order Filtering
Open Order Filters
To begin filtering your orders, click the filter icon on the order list screen. This action opens the filter menu, allowing you to define criteria for your search.
Apply Listing Filters
To find orders for specific listings, select the 'Listings' dropdown in the filter menu. Choose the desired listing(s) to focus your search on particular products or services. Click 'Apply Filter' to update the order list with your selection.
Apply Date Filters
To find orders created within a specific time frame, click the 'Created date' dropdown or calendar icon in the filter menu. Select your desired date range to analyze orders from particular periods. Click 'Apply Filter' to update the displayed orders.
Apply Upsell Filters
To find orders that include specific upsell types, open the 'Upsell type' dropdown in the filter menu. Choose the upsell type(s) to identify orders with additional purchased products or services. Click 'Apply Filter' to refresh the order list.
Order Inspection
Select Order Status Tab
To view orders based on their current status, select the appropriate tab. Choose the 'Ongoing' tab to see active orders. Switch to the 'Previous' tab to review completed transactions.
Expand Order Details
To view the complete information for a specific order, click on any order in the list. This action expands the order details directly below it, showing all associated guest and order information without navigating away from the current screen.
View Specific Order Information
To review the specific items and services included in an order, expand the order and locate the 'Order Details' section. Here you can see information such as the service booked, the rental period, and any assigned staff members for a clear overview of the purchase.
