Reservation List
View Ongoing Reservations
Monitor current bookings and guest activity by reviewing active reservations. Access the reservation list to see guest names, channels, accommodation, check-in/out dates, and booking status to identify upcoming actions like check-ins or guest communications.
Filter Reservations by Status
Focus on reservations requiring specific attention by displaying them based on current status. Select a status from the left-hand menu, such as 'Inquiry', to update the list and show only reservations matching that status.
Access Reservation Details
Examine comprehensive information for an individual reservation by opening it from the list. Access the dedicated details page to view guest contact information, booking dates, total amounts, and options to download invoices or view guest guides.
Reservation Information
View Guest Contact Information
Communicate directly with guests or verify their details by accessing contact information within reservation details. Open a reservation to view the guest's name, number of adults and children, and other relevant contact information to reach out to guests or confirm their booking party size.
Download Invoice
Obtain a financial record of a reservation by downloading an invoice. From the reservation details page, select the 'Download Invoice' button to generate and save a copy of the booking's financial summary for accounting or guest requests.
Invoice Export
Use the 'Download Invoice' button to export an invoice and generate a financial record of the reservation.
View Cleaning Schedule
Manage and monitor cleaning status for a specific booking by reviewing the cleaning schedule and upcoming cleaning tasks. Within reservation details, select the 'Cleaning Schedule' tab to see assigned cleaning frequency and a list of next scheduled cleanings to track and assign cleaning tasks for the property.
