Overview
Listing Details organizes all settings for individual listings, check-in steps, and upsell assignments. Use this section to view, search, and import listings, then add check-in steps and assign upsell options.
Listing Management
View Listings
To review and manage all your property listings, navigate to the listing management page. This page displays the status, AI responsiveness, check-in/out steps, assigned users, upsells, and cleaning status for each listing. View the current status, Elev8 AI status, the number of configured check-in/out steps, the number of assigned users, the number of assigned upsells, and the cleaning status for each listing.
Search Listings
To quickly find specific property listings, use the search bar to filter the displayed listings. Enter keywords into the search bar to instantly update the list and locate the property you need.
Import Listings
To add new property listings to your management system, select 'Import new listings'. This integrates external listing data into the platform, expanding your managed portfolio.
Check-in Step Configuration
View Check-in Steps
To understand the detailed check-in process for a property, select the listing. This displays all configured steps, including instructions and media, providing a clear guide for guest arrivals.
Add Check-in Step
To define new instructions for a property's check-in process, select the option to add a new step. Create a new step with text and media to guide guests. Input instructions and upload relevant images to save the new step and enhance the guest experience.
Reuse Check-in Steps
Create a check-in step once and reuse it across multiple listings to save time.
Upsell Assignment
Assign Upsells
To offer additional services or products to guests for a property, access the upsell assignment panel for that listing. Link available upsell options to the specific listing. Select and assign desired upsells to enhance guest experience and increase revenue.
Select Upsell Option
To manage or review a specific upsell assigned to a property, choose an upsell from the 'Upsell Assigned' panel. Select an upsell to view or modify its details, ensuring accurate offerings for guests.
