Analytics Dashboard
View Revenue and Occupancy
Assess your operational performance by viewing revenue and occupancy graphics on the Analytics page. This provides a quick understanding of your financial health and property utilization.
Save Your Filters
Save frequently used filter combinations as custom views using the 'Default' filter option. This saves time on repeated analysis.
Apply Date Filters
Focus your analytics on a specific timeframe by applying date filters. Select a custom date range using the "Periods" filter, or choose predefined options like "Last 30 Days," "Last 7 Days," or "This Quarter" from the "Quick Dates" filter to update the displayed data.
Select Comparison Period
Identify performance trends and changes by selecting a comparison period. Use the "Compare" filter to view current data against "Previous" periods or the "Same Period Last Year (SPLY)" to provide context for your operational metrics.
Filter by Channels
Evaluate the effectiveness of different booking sources by filtering analytics by channels. Select specific platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, or Direct from the "Channels" filter to see their individual contributions to your overall performance.
Property Performance Details
Access Property Performance
Examine the detailed performance of each property by accessing the Property Performance section. This provides specific metrics for individual units, offering a deeper understanding of their contributions.
View Property Metrics
Understand the specific performance of your properties by viewing detailed metrics. The Property Performance table displays key indicators such as Revenue, Nights, Occupancy Rate, Cancel Rate, and Upsell Revenue for each property, allowing for comprehensive analysis.
Export Property Data
Use your property performance data for external analysis or record-keeping by exporting the information. Select the "Export" button in the Property Performance section to download a file containing all displayed metrics.
