Overview of Financial Management
The Finance section provides tools to manage operational spending and understand financial performance. Within the Overview tab, you can review key metrics such as Net Revenue, Total Costs, and Upsell Revenue, and address Pending Actions.
Financial Summary Details
Assess Overall Profitability
To understand your overall financial performance, review the Net Revenue figure on the Finance Overview page. This metric shows your income after all expenses are deducted.
Track Operational Expenditures
To monitor your spending, review the Total Costs on the Finance Overview page. This figure helps you understand your operational expenditures across all business activities.
Measure Additional Income Streams
To track income from additional services or products, review the Upsell Revenue on the Finance Overview page. This metric quantifies the extra revenue generated beyond initial sales.
Manage Outstanding Transactions
To manage financial transactions requiring your attention, review the Pending Actions list on the Finance Overview tab. This list provides details for each outstanding entry, including source, date, guest or staff involved, listing, amount, and type.
