Overview
To populate property details automatically using AI, leverage information from your previous system. After managing resources, click the autofill property detail button to complete all property information, eliminating manual data entry.
AI Scheduling
Select Schedule Day
To define the operating days for the Elev8 AI, select the days of the week for the AI to run its scheduled tasks. Open the 'Add Schedule' modal and choose the desired days from the 'Choose Day[s] of Week' dropdown.
Activate AI Scheduling
To enable the Elev8 AI to begin automated scheduling processes, activate the AI's scheduling function for selected days and reservation stages. After choosing the days and reservation stages (e.g., 'Future', 'Inquiry/Past', 'Current') in the 'Add Schedule' modal, confirm your selections to activate the AI's scheduling.
Resource Management
Select PMS Integration Data
To grant Elev8 AI access to specific data from your Property Management System (PMS), specify the types of PMS data the AI can use, such as property details, availability, pricing, guest information, and past conversations. In the 'Manage Resources' modal, check the boxes under 'PMS Integration' for each data type you want the AI to access.
Select Property Documents
To allow Elev8 AI to utilize information from your uploaded property documents, choose the specific property documents the AI should reference. Within the 'Manage Resources' modal, check the box next to each property document you want the AI to use.
Save Resource Selections
To confirm and apply the selected PMS integration data and property documents for Elev8 AI, finalize the resources the AI will use. This ensures the AI has the correct information for its operations. After making your selections in the 'Manage Resources' modal, click 'Save' to apply the changes.
Property Data Autofill
Initiate Property Autofill
To automatically populate property details using the AI based on integrated PMS data and uploaded documents, trigger the AI to fill in various property fields. This saves manual entry time. On the 'Autofill with AI' page, click the 'Auto-fill Property Details' button to start the process.
Autofill Saves Time
After managing your resources, click 'Auto-fill Property Details' to automatically populate information from your previous system, saving manual entry.
Upload Property Document
To provide additional property information to the AI by uploading relevant documents, add new documents, such as guides or descriptions, that the AI can use to enhance property details. On the 'Autofill with AI' page, click 'Choose File' to select a document from your computer, then click 'Upload' to add it to the system.
View Integrated Data
To verify which PMS data and property documents are integrated and available for AI use, review the status of integrated property details (like availability, pricing, guest data) and confirm which documents are successfully uploaded. On the 'Autofill with AI' page, observe the 'Property Integration' section for integrated PMS data and the 'Property Documents' section for uploaded files.
