Open Review Hub in the left menu.
Each stay shows the guest, property, channel, check-out date, the guest's rating, a Stay Report and a status.
Status | What it means | What you do |

Host Review Due | The guest left; it's your turn to review them | Click Write Host Review |
Waiting for Guest Review | You've reviewed; the guest hasn't yet | Nothing |
Replied | The guest reviewed and you replied | Nothing |
Expired | The review window closed | Nothing |
On Airbnb, ratings show as Hidden until both you and the guest have reviewed: that's how Airbnb works.
Filter by status (Needs Reply, Replied), channel or property, or search by guest or property.
