Inbox keeps guest conversations and team chat in one place, so nobody has to switch to WhatsApp to reach the right person. It has two tabs, Guest Message and Internal Message. Use Inbox ▾ All Listings to show one listing only.
Guest messages
Each conversation shows the guest, the booking channel (e.g. B. for Booking.com), the last message, the listing, the stay dates and a status, for example Future or Current. A yellow dot marks unread. Search by guest name, or tap the filter icon.
