Open a property and go to Property Informations. This is everything guests, your channels and Elev8 AI know about the property. The more complete it is, the fewer questions land in your Inbox.
At the top right:
Sync to website pushes the details to your direct-booking website.
Delete Listing removes the listing.

Basic, Host & Location, Property details, Amenities: the core details guests and Elev8 AI rely on.
Files: documents for the property.
Autofill with AI fills these in for you from your existing data and uploaded documents (see Elev8 AI).

House Rules, Good to Know and the Check-in / Check-out Steps (see Guest Guide), plus Guest Verification:

Two extra options: Require guests to submit a residential address, and Ask guests for preferred bed configuration. Click Save Changes.
You can follow each guest's progress on the reservation, under Guest Details (for example "Verified Guests 0 / 2"). If you use AVS or Feratel, the details guests enter here also feed your official guest registration (see Settings).
Property Settings
Property Settings controls pricing limits and how far ahead you sell:
Setting | What it does |

Min Price / Max Price | The lowest and highest nightly price for the property |
Inventory Days | How many days ahead the availability table runs (100 to 730) |
Minimum Stay Settings | Which kind of minimum stay you use. Changing it clears the values of the type you stop using, so run a full sync from your PMS afterwards and check. |
Cut off time | When same-day bookings stop, in the property's time zone. After that, today's availability is 0. |
Cut off days | How many days before arrival bookings close (for example Same day) |
Max Days Advance | Close availability for dates far in the future. It doesn't reopen on its own. |
Invoice Settings sets what appears on guest invoices: a header and footer message, your company details (company name, commercial register number, managing director, address, registered city, email) and bank details (bank name, account holder, VAT number, IBAN, BIC/SWIFT).
