Set up each property once, and Elev8 uses it everywhere: on your channels, in the Guest Guide, for Elev8 AI, for cleaning and for door codes. Get this right and the rest of Elev8 runs on its own.

Building → Property → Room → Listing.
Building (optional): groups apartments that share an address, contacts, policies and SOPs. Enter them once, and every apartment inside starts with them. Also fine for a single apartment.
Property: one apartment or house, with its own information, fees, Guest Guide and Elev8 AI settings.
Room: a room type inside a property, with its units, rates, SOPs, cleaning and smart lock. A simple apartment has one room; a guesthouse may have several room types with many units each.
Listing: what's connected to your channels and what guests actually book.
Areas sit beside this: shared spaces your team cleans or looks after but that aren't rented out, such as a pool or a lobby (see Areas below).
