A review isn't showing in Review Hub. Check the channel and property filters. Reviews arrive from Airbnb and Booking.com through your channel connection, so check Channels if a whole channel is missing.
The Airbnb rating says "Hidden". Airbnb shows ratings only once both host and guest have reviewed, or the review window closes. Write your host review to unlock it.
