Sign up and log in
Go to app.elev8-suite.com/auth/signin, or click Login on elev8-suite.com. Pick your language at the top right.
Create your account
Click the Sign Up tab.
Enter your Name, Email Address and a Password with at least 8 characters, including one uppercase letter, one number and one special character.
Got a Referral Code? Enter it (optional).
Tick I agree to the terms and conditions and click Sign Up.
What happens next. After you sign up, Elev8 walks you through onboarding:
Complete your company profile: company name, brand name, phone number, website, currency, country and address. Click Save and Continue.
Choose your plan and pay securely by card. Got a promo code? Enter it at checkout.
Using a third-party PMS? Connect it (see Channels).
Log in
On the Sign In tab, enter your email address and password and click Sign In. Click the eye icon to show the password as you type.
Forgot your password? Click Forgot Password? under the Sign In button:
On the sign-in page, click Forgot Password?
Enter your Email Address and click Submit.
Enter the code from the email, type your new password in New Password and Repeat New Password, and click Submit.
You're taken back to the sign-in page. If you see "Sorry, there is no account associated with this email", check the address for typos and submit again.
Team members don't sign up themselves: you add them under Members → Users (see Members).
Your profile and company
Settings → Edit Profile: your name, email, picture and password.
Settings → General: your company name, address, phone, currency and website. These appear on invoices and guest messages, so fill them in first.
