Every upsell a guest orders lands in Orders, in the left menu.
At the top you see your total upsell revenue and how many orders are requested, awaiting payment, or paid and in progress.
Status | Meaning | What you do |

Requested | The guest asked for a By Request upsell | Approve or decline it |
Awaiting Payment | The order exists but the guest hasn't paid yet | Wait for the guest to pay |
Paid - In Progress | The guest has paid | Deliver the service |
Completed | Delivered | Nothing |
Declined | You turned down the request | Nothing |
Canceled | The order was cancelled | Nothing |
Click a status tab to see only those orders.
