Test before guests see it, and again after every change to property information, SOPs or tone.
On the property page, click Test Elev8 AI.
In the dropdown at the top, pick the kind of guest to test as (for example Current).
Type a real guest question, for example "Where can I park?" or "Can I check out at 1 pm?", and click Send.
Check the answer. If it's wrong or vague, fix the property information or SOP, then click Reset message and ask again.
