You can build a journey yourself or let Elev8 AI draft it for you.
Go to Smart Flow → Journey.
Click the arrow next to Build with AI and choose:
• Build with AI: describe what you want in plain words, and Elev8 AI drafts the trigger and steps. Always review the draft before you activate it.
• Start from scratch: opens an empty journey with a New Booking trigger.Click the journey name at the top to rename it. Give every journey a clear name, such as "Pre-arrival check-in guide".
Click All Properties to choose which properties the journey applies to.
Set the trigger and add your steps (see the next sections).
Optional: click Requirements to add conditions that must be true for the whole journey to run.
Click Save Journey.
Switch the toggle from Inactive to Active when you're ready for it to run.

To insert a step between two existing steps, use Insert step here between them. To remove a step, use the delete icon on that step.
