ElevAI skipped — Trigger Wait is a card that appears when a scheduled journey message was not sent. Elev8 AI checks each automated message against the conversation before sending it. If the message would repeat something the guest just received, or no longer fits, it holds it back. Click Why was this skipped? for the reason in plain words, for example: the guest already got the guest guide link twice a minute earlier.
This protects your guests from duplicate or out-of-date messages. If a message should have gone out, send it by hand and check the journey (see Smart Flow).
