Sync Reservation: pulls the latest bookings from your channels. Use it if a new booking hasn't shown up yet.
Export/Import: Export as .xlsx for a spreadsheet of your bookings, or Import from CSV to bring in bookings from another system.
To download an invoice, open the reservation (see Reservation details). To create a booking by hand, use the Cockpit.
