Smart Flow holds your Journeys (automated guest messages and actions) and your smart devices.
A journey sends the right message or takes the right action at the right moment of a guest's stay, without you doing it by hand. You build it once, switch it on, and it runs for every matching reservation.
Find it under Smart Flow → Journey in the left menu.
Every journey is made of three parts:

The Journeys list shows each journey's name, status (Active or Inactive), number of steps, trigger and the properties it applies to. Use New Group to organise journeys into groups. Use the ⋯ menu on a row to Edit, Duplicate or Delete a journey.
Only Active journeys run. A new journey is Inactive until you switch it on.
