Give guests a reason to book direct: a discount for returning guests, a free upsell for a long stay, or a code for a partner.
Go to Marketing → Promo Codes. At the top you see how many codes are active, how many have expired, and how often codes were used. Filter by channel and status.
Create a promo code
Click Create Code.
Enter a Name (for your team), the Code guests type (for example WELCOMEBACK) and an optional Description.
Choose the Type and value, for example Percentage and 10.
Restrict to property channel:
• Widget only: for booking widgets on partner sites.
• Website only: for your Web Studio websites.Assigned room types (optional): limit the code to some rooms. Leave empty for all properties.
Validity windows:
• Booking windows: when guests can book with the code, for example during a two-week campaign.
• Stay windows: which check-in dates it applies to, for example only low season.
• No window means any time.Total quota: how many times the code can be used in total. Per-guest limit: how often one guest can use it (0 = unlimited).
Keep Active on, and click Create code.
The list shows each code's discount, channel, validity, redemptions (for example 1 / 100) and status. Switch Active off to pause a code. Inactive codes can't be redeemed.
Tip: combine a booking window with a stay window. Book in January, stay in March or April fills your shoulder season without discounting your peak weeks.
