The schedule decides when Elev8 AI replies, and to which guests. Without a schedule, it doesn't reply at all, even when it's turned on.
On the property page, click Schedule Elev8 AI (top right).
Click Add Schedule.
Each day shows its window and the guests it covers: Current (staying now), Future (booked, not arrived) and Inquiry/Past (asked but didn't book, or already left), for example ON 00:00 – 23:59 · Current · Future · Inquiry/Past. Switch between Week and Month to see the plan. Use the pencil to change a window and the bin to remove one. Delete All removes the whole schedule.
Common setups:
24/7 for everyone: 00:00–23:59 every day, all three guest groups.
Nights and weekends only: your team answers during office hours, Elev8 AI covers the rest.
