The Rooms & Rates tab holds everything per room. Pick the room from the dropdown at the top, or click Add Room or Edit Room.
Each room has these sections in the left menu:

Rates
Click New Rate to add a rate plan. Each plan shows its price per room; every room starts with Default Rates. Day-by-day prices and availability are managed in the Cockpit (see Cockpit).
Cleaning
Under Cleaning Settings, choose how this room is cleaned, for example Self-cleaning: your own team cleans, on your own schedule.
Click Cleanings Booked to see Automated Turnover Cleanings: the cleanings created automatically after each check-out, under Upcoming and History. Click Schedule Cleaning to add one by hand.
Per property, you can also set the cleaning schedule (for example After Guest Checkout), cleaning groups with step-by-step checklists, and whether the team checks the Minibar and Towels & Linen: on the Properties page, click ⋯ → Cleaning Settings. Your team sees all this in the Elev8 Go app.
Smart Lock
The Smart Lock section lists the locks connected to this room. Each shows its name, brand, the door it controls (for example Main Door) and whether it's online.
Access Code: the guests' door codes for this lock.
Add Device: connect another lock (see Smart Flow).
Connect a smart lock
Open the property, go to Rooms & Rates, pick the room and open Smart Lock.
Click Add Device and choose your lock's brand, for example Nuki, Yale or August.
If asked, log in with your account for that lock brand.
Select the lock, click Connect, and confirm.
To move a lock to another room's door, use Switch Device. To disconnect it, use Remove Device and confirm with Delete.
Combined Selling
Properties with several room types also have a Combined Selling tab, for selling rooms together as one booking. In the Cockpit, these linked bookings show as black bars.
